Avok doesn’t exactly have control over it, and it causes him a considerable amount of grief. I don’t want to give all the details of his ability/condition away yet though, because I have plans for him and I don’t want to ruin the surprise~~~
My OC Avok owns a bike and I finally buckled down and designed it after looking at a butt-ton of pictures and models of bikes. I wanted it to look slightly sci-fi but not overly sleek, as Avok is not nearly that well off and probably needs something much more practical that can take his abuse. He probably drools at the sleek fancy ones though.
Heavily referenced from a restored(?) Kawasaki bike that I found particularly sexy.

It was one of those days when all I wanted to do was draw Avok cute clothes, so I made a base drew him in embarrassing undies and then quickly jotted out a bunch of ideas.
Wahhh I caved and finally got on Lineplay. I made a little Avok and dressed him up like a derpy fabulous captain I guess… Username is Fayren. Come play with me!
Decided to restrict myself to grayscale. I often use color as a crutch to ignore values, so I wanted to force myself to pay attention to them and not get caught up in the color theory.
I was experimenting with coloring yesterday. Trying to find something that was quick but still contained what I like about my art.

I originally planned on finishing this but I don’t really like it anymore so I figured I’d post the sketch.
Took a break to draw boys in glasses instead. This implies that Avok ever studies. He’s probably just shopping for dreaming about sniper rifles.
I also realized halfway through that this was the second time in recent history I drew him topless and on the floor… but I didn’t stop.
